With over 24 years of experience working with DMS/ADMS/SCADA systems, coupled with a strong academic foundation in electrical engineering and information technology, I am confident that my skills and expertise align with the requirements of this position. My Bachelor's degree in Elect. Engineering specialization in Telecom, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology provided me with a comprehensive understanding of technical principles underlying modern SCADA and ADMS systems, my PMP certification demonstrates my ability to effectively manage complex projects, ensuring timely and successful completion. I have cultivated a deep and practical understanding of ADMS/SCADA system architecture, functionality, and implementation. I possess a proven track record of effectively troubleshooting and resolving intricate issues within SCADA systems, databases, and overall system infrastructure. My involvement in the design, FAT and SAT phases of ADMS projects provided me with valuable insights into the entire project lifecycle. My proactive approach to continuous learning has led me to acquire proficiency in several programming languages, including Shell scripting, Java, HTML, JavaScript, Perl and Pyhton. This skillset has enabled me to develop numerous programs and scripts to enhance system functionality and streamline operational processes. I have successfully developed a web application ( client, server, backend tiers) to interface with an older Sybase archive system, demonstrating my ability to bridge legacy systems with modern technologies. I have developed a specialized trace program with a graphical interface for IEC60870 telegrams. This tool efficiently allows the user to choose the link he wants to run the trace and allows him to specify the type of the trace then translates hexadecimal telegrams into human-readable, displaying point names, values, associated time tags. Also the development of many administration scripts for troubleshooting, backup/restore, DB quality checks that was integrated with a JAVA for process handling and graphical interfaces. Adding to that also I have developed scripts and java program to augment the BAU utility with a GUI That was a sample of developed programs showcasing my ability to create innovative solutions for system analysis and diagnostics. My understanding of cyber security principles is also a valuable asset in today's increasingly interconnected environment I have a strong grasp of various protocols and standards relevant to SCADA systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and system integration
